Summer Camps

AMIT has three sessions of summer camp, Advanced Camp and two Day Camps. All camps begin at 8:00 AM and end at 4:00 PM (arrangements can be made for campers who need to come earlier or stay later).

We will take reservations starting in April with a $100 deposit, registration form, and a waiver. We set aside 10 openings for non-AMIT riders.

For more details, check out our 2018 camp flyer! Please note that due to scheduling issues, we will not be running the Horsemanship Program days in 2018.

We also offer a private Introduction to Horses. Join us for an hour of hands-on learning with one of our instructors. You will spend time preparing and handling the horse and ride for 30 minutes. Great for younger children who are not yet ready for our lesson program or adults interested in riding. The fee is $35. Contact us at (301) 475-5434 or via email to set up a time.
